Ladies Body Conditioning

Whether your looking to get fitter or reduce your body fat, our Ladies Body Conditioning  sessions aim to condition specific areas of development for ladies,This will offer potential for better body composition and physique.

The Ladies body conditioning covers the following areas we look to develop during the programs:

Unit 1 - Core stability
  • Focus here will be to tighten and work the mid section. This area will be targeted with exercises such as twists, planks, kettlebells, mat work and the use of equipment such as kinesis, ARKE, gym balls and BOSU.
Unit 2 - Legs
  • Strengthening the legs helps reduce body fat percentages and burn more calories. Composition and power from and through the lower body will be achieved through exercises such as squats, lunges, deadlifts and leg curls/extensions. Glute activation exercises and aerobic exercises will also be a focal point of these sessions.
Unit 3 - Strength
  • The upper body will be the area we will look to develop here with exercises aimed at chest, shoulders, back, biceps and triceps. Equipment used will include bench press, kinesis and dumbbells.
Unit 4 - Compound Complex Exercises
  • To wrap up the units compound complex exercises will target the full body with exercises such as squat and press, lunge and press and deadlifts with rows. Here we will use equipment such as kinesis, kettlebells and barbells.
